Qualifications

• Ability to report to global executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations, including rooms, F&B, and infrastructure.
• Mentor department heads and on-site staff.
• Drive guest satisfaction and manage feedback platforms.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Finance to boost revenue and control costs.
• Liaise with local government for permits and environmental regulations.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management.
