Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily restaurant operations across front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and SOPs.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to meet Crosta Pizzeria's operational and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain accurate payroll, attendance, and administrative records.
• Develop and manage daily manpower schedules based on needs.
• Monitor service quality to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Interact with guests to gather feedback and implement improvements.
• Promote a positive store image and enhance brand presence locally.
• Train staff on procedures, customer service, and standards.
• Ensure staff comply with store policies and expectations.
• Coach and develop team members to meet performance goals.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
