Job summary

B. Braun is seeking a Professional Hospital Representative for South Manila to drive revenue by building relationships with hospitals and clinics and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation.

You will report on sales activities, coordinate with Finance for billing, and stay updated on healthcare trends to deliver customer-focused solutions. Willingness to travel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Sales Development — identify and cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals; secure new clients and exceed targets.
• Sales Operations — negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms; maintain records of sales activities and pipeline data.
• Collaboration & Market Insight — work with internal teams; share market insights; refine strategies based on healthcare trends.
• Financial Coordination — work with Finance to recover overdue payments and resolve billing issues; forecast with inventory planning.
• Compliance & Ethics — ensure all sales activities comply with policies and regulations; educate clients on safe product use.
• CRM Management — maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce; track leads, opportunities, and visits.
