Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. recruitment drive seeks assertive, dynamic professionals to supervise clinic operations and ensure personalized, high‑quality healthcare for members. You will oversee staff, retainer doctors and dentists, monitor outpatient approvals, coach teams, and drive performance against targets.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success. Role requires medical education, at least two years in a clinic or HMO setting, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 year Medical course.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in clinic setting or working in an HMO is an advantage.
  • Above average communication and empathic skills; good negotiator, flexible and able to multi-task; analytical, systematic and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and monitor the clinic staff and retainer doctors and dentist.
  • Ensure that quality medical and dental healthcare are deliver to all members.
  • Handle and manage the concerns raised by clinic staff and retainer doctors and dentist.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of outpatient approval request.
  • Guides, coach and motivate clinic staff. Ensure that redirection to FSC is implemented and monitor.
  • Review, monitor and assist in the attainment of objectives, measures, targets and initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report and submit to immediate superior on time.
  • Approval of clinic staff and retainer doctors and dentist daily time records. Investigate and resolve Notice for Correction from Claims and complaints from internal and external customer and give appropriate action plan immediately.
  • Ensure that clinic equipment are functional and calibrated on a regular basis and clinic facility are well maintained and request repair if needed.
  • Monitor clinic expenses and liquidation.
  • Monitor the delivery of check payments for doctors and hospitals.
  • Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education – Graduate of any 4 year Medical course
  • Experience – At least 2 years’ experience in clinic setting or working in an HMO is an advantage.
  • Other skills: With above average communication and empathic skills. Good negotiator, flexible and can do multi-tasking. Must be analytic, systematic and organized.
