Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking an assertive, dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a patient services assistant, responsible for supporting admitted members from admission to discharge.

You will be part of a service-oriented health care network with a focus on quality care and efficient patient flow. You will coordinate with head office units, respond to inquiries about coverage, and explain procedures while maintaining compassionate service in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with healthcare package/ECU/admitted clients so that they feel comfortable, gain patients' trust and confidence
• Explain and keep clients updated on the procedures during their stay at the clinic/hospital
• Address clients' queries regarding the coverage of their packages

Responsible for providing assistance to all confined members from admission till discharge.

Handling requirements that can be settled through coordination with some units at the Head Office and answers telephone inquiries.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish rapport with healthcare package/ECU/admitted clients so that they feel comfortable, gain patients' trust and confidence
• Explain and keep clients updated on the procedures during their stay at the clinic/hospital
• Address clients' queries regarding the coverage of their packages

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of 4-year medical course
• With or without experience
• Willing to undergo training in Makati and do fieldwork
