We are seeking assertive, energetic individuals to assist confined members from admission to discharge and coordinate with Head Office to settle requirements, while addressing inquiries about coverage. The role requires a 4-year medical course graduate, with or without experience, and willingness to train in Makati and perform fieldwork.

• Establish rapport with healthcare package/ECU/admitted clients so that they feel comfortable, gain patients' trust and confidence
• Explain and keep clients updated on the procedures during their stay at the clinic/hospital
• Address clients' queries regarding the coverage of their packages

Handling requirements that can be settled through coordination with some units at the Head Office and answers telephone inquiries.
