Job summary

DCX PH Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist (home-based) to strengthen supplier relationships, negotiate costs, and support Sales with quotations. You will lead daily sourcing tasks, identify price strategies, and help maximize profitability while meeting client proposals.

The role requires 1–3 years in sourcing or procurement, strong English communication, and the ability to work overnight or US-hours. A relevant associate degree and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, sales support, vendor management, or a related field.
• Experience negotiating pricing, coordinating with suppliers, and sourcing products for quotations is beneficial.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and engage in daily sourcing responsibilities, serving as the primary sourcing resource for the Sales Team.
• Build relationships with new and existing vendors and key suppliers.
• Initiate contact with vendors to meet client proposal deadlines.
• Identify pricing strategies, manage margins, and help maximize profits.
• Negotiate pricing and costs with vendors and suppliers.
• Support Sales Associates to identify and pursue new supplier opportunities and encourage collaboration with ASB Vendor Relations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Work with Sales Leadership to identify customer needs and proposals.

Number of Openings: 1 Hiring Priority: Active Hiring The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Senior Sourcing Specialist will help improve the sourcing process by building strong supplier relationships, negotiating costs to increase profitability, and staying informed about market trends. This role is responsible for sourcing products for quotation purposes to support Sales Associates and other employees across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of working independently and collaboratively to meet client proposal deadlines and business objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build relationships with new and existing vendors and key suppliers.
• Initiate contact with vendors and distributors in a timely manner to meet client proposal deadlines.
• Identify pricing strategies, manage margins, and help mitigate customer loss to maximize profits.
• Negotiate pricing and costs with vendors and suppliers.
• Support and collaborate with Sales Associates and other team members to identify and pursue new supplier opportunities and encourage current non-Patriot vendors to collaborate with ASB Vendor Relations.
• Stay informed about industry and market trends and best practices.
• Work with Sales Leadership to identify customer needs and develop customer proposals.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of related experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, sales support, vendor management, or a related field.

Experience negotiating pricing, coordinating with suppliers, and sourcing products for quotations is beneficial.

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Working Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:

• Product sourcing and quotation preparation.
• Supplier and vendor relationship management.
• Pricing negotiations, cost management, and margin control.
• Market research and industry trend monitoring.
• Purchase orders, vouchers, and invoices.
