DCX is seeking a Home-Based Product Selection QA Specialist to join a growing US-based promotional products company. You will recommend and quality-check product selections for campaigns, events, and gifting programs, ensuring alignment with client needs, budgets, and brand fit.

You will leverage knowledge of promo products, US buyer tastes, market trends, and seasonal opportunities to ensure relevant and practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Education required as stated: bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 3–5 years in promotional products industry; related roles accepted.
• Language: strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Working schedule: can work overnight/graveyard or US hours.
• Tech skills: proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; familiarity with promo product platforms.

We are looking for a Home-Based Product Selection QA Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based company in the promotional products space. In this role, you will recommend and quality-check product selections for clients' campaigns, events, and gifting programs, making sure every product fits the client's needs, audience, budget, and use case. You will use your knowledge of promotional products, U.S. buyer tastes, market trends, and seasonal opportunities to make sure every recommendation is relevant, practical, and on-brand.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide product recommendations based on client needs, audience, budget, and use case.
• Maintain strong knowledge of promotional products, including what’s currently available and trending.
• Understand different recipient preferences and what products resonate with specific audiences.
• Stay up to date on U.S. buyer tastes, market trends, and seasonal opportunities.
• Identify the right products for specific campaigns, events, and customer needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure product recommendations are relevant, practical, and on-brand.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the promotional products industry. Candidates with experience in product sourcing, merchandising, corporate gifting, retail buying, or e-commerce product curation will also be considered.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs, Slides).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with promotional product research platforms such as ESP, SAGE, commonsku, or supplier websites is an advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of promotional products, including what products are available and commonly used in the promotional space.
  • Strong understanding of different recipient preferences and which products resonate with specific audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. buyer tastes, market trends, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Ability to identify which products are the best fit for a particular use case, campaign, audience, or customer need.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - 45,000

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
