Job summary

DCX PH Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a senior Presentation Designer to produce high-quality decks and evolve the ePromos presentation offering. You will own the presentation library in Figma and work with stakeholders to define needs while maintaining brand standards.

With 3–5+ years of experience and a strong portfolio, you will design client-facing materials such as pitch decks and reports, using Figma, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and the Adobe suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related design field is preferred.

• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Job description

• Produce high-quality presentation design across all deck types supporting the creative team.
• Own and maintain the presentation library in Figma, serving as the team's primary Figma resource.
• Evolve and expand ePromos' presentation offering through new formats, templates, and systems.
• Partner directly and comfortably with stakeholders at all levels to define and deliver presentation needs.
• Maintain brand and quality standards across every deck that leaves the creative team.
• Balance recurring production work with longer-term improvement projects without letting either slip.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 3–5+ years of professional experience in presentation design, graphic design, visual communications, or a related creative role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating presentation work.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working Schedule: Ability to work within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in presentation and design tools, particularly Figma, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, master layouts, file organization, version control, and shared design systems.
• Strong PowerPoint and Google Slides design capabilities.
• Experience creating client‑facing presentations, pitch decks, RFP responses, lookbooks, capabilities decks, and business review materials.
• Strong understanding of presentation storytelling, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and pacing.
• Experience building reusable templates, modular slide systems, and presentation libraries.
• Knowledge of brand systems and the ability to maintain consistency across multiple presentation formats.
• Experience working with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems such as Air is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or related design applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience collaborating directly with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Leadership teams.
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify presentation trends and competitor best practices.
• Excellent ability to communicate design decisions and confidently participate in stakeholder reviews.
