Job summary

DCX is seeking a full-time, home-based Presentation Designer to own design and production of deck formats across the creative team for US clients. You will translate briefs into persuasive visual narratives, adapt decks for new clients, and ensure brand consistency across PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, and PDF.

You'll build and maintain a structured presentation library in Figma, create reusable components, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Leadership to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation work and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce all deck formats supporting the creative team (RFPs, lookbooks, pitch decks, capabilities decks, one-pagers, QBR/CBR materials).
• Translate briefs into clear, persuasive visual narratives with strong hierarchy.
• Adapt decks for new clients while maintaining brand standards across formats (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, PDF).
• Manage multiple deck requests with competing deadlines, prioritizing with the Assistant Creative Manager.
• Build, organize, and maintain a robust Figma presentation library with reusable components and version control.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Leadership to scope needs and present design decisions.
