DCX PH Inc. is hiring a Home-Based Design Assistant to create visuals, templates and digital layouts for US-based clients. The role requires strong graphic design skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with clients, prepare proofs, and manage digital files efficiently from a remote setup. Ideal candidates have a college degree in graphic design or fine arts and 1–3 years of related experience, with proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite.

Qualifications

• College degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in data entry, e-commerce support, merchandising support, or admin work optional.

Responsibilities

• Create visuals and artwork based on client specifications.
• Design templates for embroidery, digital imprint, and screen printing.
• Prepare professional virtual proofs for client review and meet file requirements.
• Develop website mockups and digital assets adhering to brand guidelines.
• Maintain organized digital files and project records.
• Collaborate with clients to manage expectations and vision.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements.
• Perform additional graphic design tasks as needed.

Number of Opening: 1 Hiring Priority: Immediate The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Design Assistant will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client. The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create Visuals and Artwork: Develop logos, innovative artwork, and pre-production designs based on client specifications.
• Template Design: Utilize templates to accurately position and size artwork for various decoration methods, including embroidery, digital imprint, and screen printing.
• Digital Proofs and File Preparation: Prepare clear, professional virtual proofs for client review and ensure files meet technical requirements for optimal output.
• Layout and Mockups: Design compelling website mockups and other digital assets while adhering to brand guidelines.
• File Management: Maintain organized digital files and project records to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients to manage expectations and bring their creative vision to life.
• Quality Control: Review and refine final layouts, suggesting improvements to enhance the overall visual impact.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional graphic design tasks as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: College degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or any related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data entry, e-commerce support, merchandising support, or administrative work.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
• Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Canva is ideal.

Salary Range: PHP 42,000
