Job summary

DCX PH is seeking a Home-Based Graphic Artist to join our client services team. You will listen to clients, help create bold visuals, and ensure branding aligns with partner brands. Strong portfolio and eye for detail are essential as you contribute to visual identity and project success.

You will lead and train staff, collaborate with teammates, and manage multiple design tasks from concept to final layout, while working flexible hours to accommodate US clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong verbal and written English communications.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts (PH time or US hours).
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Knowledge of design/color theory and basic marketing concepts.
• Experience in people management and workflow coordination.

Responsibilities

• Leading and training other staff members to grow with the company.
• Collaborating with staff to meet customers' art and design needs.
• Layout art proofs with logos to confirm embroidery quality.
• Enter data or process information using computer systems.
• Light customer service by responding to emails.

The DCX Client Services Home-Based Graphic Artist has a strong ability to listen to the client, understand their goals, and assist in the creation of creative solutions with a high visual impact. This role will work closely with the client to ensure that branding is integrated into the goals of the partner brands they serve. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of design principles will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity and success of the client's brand.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and details
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Leading and training other staff members to grow and develop along with the company.
• Communicating with fellow staff members to ensure customer's art & design needs are met.
• Layout art proofs with customer's logos to determine proper embroidery quality.
• Using computer systems to enter data or process information.
• Light customer service (responding to occasional emails)
• Perform other duties as requested.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design , Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or rel ated field .
• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience .
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills .
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours .
• Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge : Have the desire to learn, and possess artistic ability as well as a basic fundamental understanding of design and color theory.
• Demonstrate abilities in the areas of people management, development and workflow management.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop , and InDesign .
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design .
• Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines .
• Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation in the graphic design field .

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary Range: Php 45,000 - Php 47,000

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)

Workdays : Monday through Friday (USA)
