Job summary

Gordian Staffing seeks a Staff Accountant for a client in the Philippines. The role covers day-to-day HOA accounting operations, including GL maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of accounting experience, solid US GAAP knowledge, and familiarity with CINC and CRM systems. HOA/property management accounting experience is a plus, with standard schedule and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accuracy and update COA as needed.
• Prepare and post journal entries with full documentation.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile AP/AR monthly and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecast processes.
• Support audits and reviews with auditors.
