Job summary

Structura Architects is seeking a BIM Specialist to join our Mandaluyong-based team. You will build and refine architectural models in Revit, producing detailed drawings and construction-ready documents for global clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Revit experience, a background in Architecture, strong coordination skills, and a meticulous eye for detail. Australian or international project exposure is a plus, with a collaborative, quality-driven mindset.

Your Day-to-Day

Model & Develop
Create and refine architectural models and project drawings in Revit.

Document
Prepare detailed construction and permit documentation.

Coordinate
Work with architects, engineers, and consultants to keep project information aligned.

Review & Improve
Apply feedback, resolve technical issues, and help maintain accurate project outputs.

You'll Bring
