The Qualifications We Seek
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- More than 3 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
- Proven experience producing architectural drawings and construction documentation
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, materials, and construction methods
- Experience coordinating architectural work with structural, MEP, and other disciplines
- Knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and regulations
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and technical accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional architectural license or registration, where applicable
- Experience with BIM coordination, Revit families, templates, and BIM standards
- Experience with residential, commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale architectural projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design and coordination tools
- Experience with rendering and architectural visualization software
- Experience working with international architectural standards or clients
- Portfolio demonstrating strong architectural detailing and construction documentation
Your Daily Tasks
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation using Revit
- Create, manage, and maintain accurate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Translate design concepts, sketches, and project requirements into detailed architectural drawings and models
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and construction documentation
- Coordinate architectural models and drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultant disciplines
- Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements
- Support design development and architectural detailing
- Incorporate design revisions, client feedback, and project changes into Revit models and documentation
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Ensure drawings and documentation comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications
- Support projects through design development, permitting, tender, and construction phases as required
- Identify design, documentation, and coordination issues and develop practical solutions
- Maintain organized project files, Revit models, drawings, and related documentation
