Key Responsibilities
- Head and run recruitment efforts across several roles in different departments, high-volume positions included, while carrying a busy schedule.
- Draw up and roll out effective sourcing strategies that pull in top talent, drawing on AI tools and other innovative platforms.
- Hold structured interviews and assessments to weigh candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and skills.
- Work closely with department heads to grasp hiring needs and draw up job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Act as an account manager, holding strong communication with clients to grasp their specific recruitment needs and see that we meet their expectations.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting, keeping hiring processes timely and efficient.
- Build and hold strong relationships with candidates, seeing that their experience stays positive across the recruitment journey.
- Read recruitment data to sharpen hiring processes, lift candidate quality, and drive efficiency.
- Stay current with recruitment trends, AI tools included, and keep lifting processes.
- Give leadership and guidance to junior recruiters, backing team growth and skill development.
- Take part in frequent meetings, both internally and with candidates, keeping communication clear and relationships strong.

Requirements
- A strong grasp of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Recent remote working grounding (not only during COVID) is a must!
- Demonstrated capacity to lead and work in a team-oriented setting, with strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- At home working in a fast-paced, startup-style setting with shifting priorities.
- Availability to work late hours or weekends if needed - a MUST.
- Time spent with AI-powered recruitment tools and the capacity to draw on them to streamline processes.
- At home holding frequent meetings and engaging with a variety of people.
- Being a "people person" is key.
- Strong communication skills and a grounding in working directly with clients in an account management capacity.
- Highly organized with the capacity to carry several positions at a time.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability, with an eye on results.
