Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A strong grasp of the full recruitment lifecycle.

• Recent remote working record (not only during COVID) is a must!

• Demonstrated capacity to lead and work in a team-oriented setting, with strong leadership and mentorship skills.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

• At ease working in a fast-paced, startup-style setting with shifting priorities.

• Availability to work late hours or weekends if needed - a MUST.

• Time spent with AI-powered recruitment tools and the capacity to lean on them to streamline processes.

• At ease holding frequent meetings and engaging with a variety of people.

• Being a "people person" is key.

• Strong communication skills and a record of working directly with clients in an account management capacity.
