Job summary

Oriental Consultants Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with extensive experience in highway and road design to lead design teams in Metro Manila.

The role requires a PRC license and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 12 years of progressive project experience. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software, and capable of delivering Detailed Engineering Design packages, technical reports, and robust project documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (required).
• PRC licensed civil engineer.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in highway and road design.
• Proficient with DPWH standards and design guidelines.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and related design software.
• Experience in Detailed Engineering Design (DED) packages and project documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication with clients, government agencies, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple design activities while ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering




• PRC Licensed Civil Engineer




• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in highway and road design projects




• Strong working knowledge of DPWH standards, specifications, and design guidelines




• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering design software




• Extensive experience in the preparation of Detailed Engineering Design (DED) packages, technical reports, design calculations, and project documentation




• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, government agencies, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams




• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design activities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

Preferred Competencies

• Experience in major road, highway, bridge, or transport infrastructure projects




• Familiarity with project planning, cost estimation, and construction support services




• Ability to lead design teams and mentor junior engineers




• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
