Formación

• Previous appointment-setting experience is required.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable making calls and following sales scripts.
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening.

Responsabilidades

• Call the maximum number of leads to schedule appointments.
• Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Qualify appointments based on criteria for readiness and fit.
• Update CRM with interaction details.
• Coordinate and manage the calendar of appointments.
• Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Follow scripts and sales techniques to deliver value.
