Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Degree or any related field.
With 1-3 years of experience in overseeing high‑temperature equipment operations, ensure proper functioning, meet performance targets, and manage scheduling and evaluations of shift and assistant engineers and photovoltaic solar cells.
Can conduct safety guidelines, trainings to ensure compliance.
Can do documentations, conducting inspections, compliance with SOPs and EHS related to reviewing equipment anomalies, reworks, scraps and etc.
Handling KPI evaluations, improvement plan for completion rates.
Willing to work on-site in FPIP Sta. Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
