Boomering Inc is hiring two Recruitment Consultants to support Australia-focused vacancies from Angeles City, Pampanga. The role emphasizes recruitment delivery, candidate engagement, and vacancy ownership across blue-collar industries, with a hybrid work setup and strong KPI targets.

You will source, screen, interview, and manage candidates from sourcing through placement, maintaining Bullhorn records and high candidate engagement to achieve weekly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment delivery or end-to-end recruitment.
• Confident communicator with ability to handle high-volume calls.
• Excellent spoken and written English for Australia-focused recruitment.
• Experience using Bullhorn or similar recruitment CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across multiple channels.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, screen and qualify candidates.
• Interview, register, and qualify candidates against live vacancies.
• Submit qualified candidates for suitable vacancies and reference checks.
• Coordinate interviews, inductions, and candidate mobilisation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline information.
