The candidate should hold a BSN, a valid PRC RN license, and have completed hemodialysis training. Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills are essential, as is willingness to work shifts

Qualifications

• BSN graduate
• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license
• Hemodialysis Training completed
• Knowledge of hemodialysis procedures and infection control practices
• Good communication, critical thinking and patient care skills
• Willing to work shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
• Experience in hospital or dialysis center is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assess patients before, during, and after hemodialysis treatment and monitor vital signs and overall condition
• Prepare, operate, and monitor hemodialysis machines and equipment for safe and effective treatment
• Perform hemodialysis procedures according to physician orders, protocols, and infection control standards
• Monitor patients for complications during treatment and provide appropriate nursing interventions and emergency care
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate patient records and document progress
• Provide patient and family education on dialysis care, treatment compliance, and health management

About the role

About you

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate
