Job summary

Nephrocare Health Care Services Inc. in Batangas is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to coordinate patient care and oversee dialysis treatment from start to finish within the Hemodialysis Unit.

You will work with the Head Nurse, monitor vital signs, educate patients about their condition, cannulate accesses, manage catheters, and provide pre- and post-procedure care. A minimum of 1 year of dialysis nursing experience and a valid PRC license are required; HD certificate is a plus.

Qualifications

• More than 1 year of experience as a Dialysis Nurse.
• Valid PRC license.
• HD certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Head Nurse/Charge Nurse.
• Talk with patients to assess condition and changes.
• Educate patients about health condition and treatment options.
• Check patients' vital signs regularly.
• Oversee dialysis treatment from start to finish.
• Cannulate accesses as needed.
• Clean and dress catheters (permanent and temporary).
• Identify irregular dialysis reactions and notify the medical team.
• Secure blood works for monitoring.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure care in Hemodialysis Unit.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Head Nurse/Charge Nurse

• Educate patients about their health condition and treatment options

• Check patients' vital signs

• Oversee dialysis treatment from start to finish

• Cannulate accesses

• Clean and dress permanent and temporary catheters

• Identify irregular dialysis reactions and notify appropriate medical team members

• Secure blood works

• Provide pre- and post-procedure care to patients within the Hemodialysis Unit

About you

• More than 1 year of experience as a Dialysis Nurse

• Valid PRC
