Commonwealth Foods, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Helper to support delivery operations in Naga City. You will work with the salesman and driver to ensure orders are delivered on time and with proper handling.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading, securing goods, completing delivery records, and maintaining courteous customer relations while adhering to safety policies. This is a full-time, direct-hire role based in Naga City.

Responsabilités

• Deliver products with the salesman and driver to customers.
• Load and unload the truck.
• Ensure items are loaded safely and secured.
• Compile accurate delivery records and reports.
• Maintain good customer relations by timely deliveries and courteous service.
• Obtain signatures upon receipt of delivered products.
• Ensure stock transfer documents are original and untampered;
• Submit timely trip tickets and incident reports of lost, stolen or damaged goods in transit.
• Report delivery-related problems to senior staff or Manager.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Helper

Helper works with salesman and driver to deliver products to customers and clients.
Helpers are responsible for all tasks such as loading and unloading the truck.
Responsible to assure that all item for delivery is safely loaded and secured.
Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
Responsible to ensure good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and acting in a courteous and professional manner.
Obtaining clients' and customers' signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
Ensures all documents (stock transfer forms) turned in are original and not tampered;
Completes the daily trip ticket including submitting timely report of incidents of lost, stolen or damaged goods while in transit.
Reporting all delivery-related problems to senior staff or Manager.
Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Applicant must be willing to work in Naga City.
