Job summary

HireMe.ph is seeking a Helper who will work with the salesman and driver to deliver products to customers and clients. The role includes loading and unloading the truck and ensuring safe loading of all items for delivery.

You will compile delivery records, maintain good customer relations, and obtain signatures upon receipt. The position is full-time and direct hire, with work in Naga City.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products with salesman and driver.
• Load and unload the truck as required.
• Ensure items are safely loaded and secured for delivery.
• Compile accurate delivery records and reports.
• Maintain good customer relations by on-time delivery and courteous service.
• Obtain client/customer signatures as acknowledgment of receipt.
• Ensure all stock transfer documents are original and not tampered with.
• Complete daily trip tickets and report incidents of loss, theft or damage in transit.
• Report delivery-related problems to senior staff or Manager.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Naga City.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Helper

• Helper works with salesman and driver to deliver products to customers and clients.
• Helpers are responsible for all tasks such as loading and unloading the truck.
• Responsible to assure that all item for delivery is safely loaded and secured.
• Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
• Responsible to ensure good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and acting in a courteous and professional manner.
• Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
• Ensures all documents (stock transfer forms) turned in are original and not tampered;
• Completes the daily trip ticket including submitting timely report of incidents of lost, stolen or damaged goods while in transit.
• Reporting all delivery-related problems to senior staff or Manager.
• Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
