Job summary

HireMe.ph is seeking a full-time Helper to assist in product deliveries and related tasks. You will work with sales staff and drivers to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time, loading and unloading vehicles as required.

You will be responsible for maintaining delivery records, obtaining customer signatures, and reporting any incidents or issues to the district office in Tacloban City. Northern Samar route experience is important, with direct hire and local reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries with salesman and driver to customers and clients
• Load and unload the truck
• Ensure items are safely loaded and secured
• Prepare accurate delivery records and reports
• Maintain good customer relations by delivering orders on time and courteously
• Obtain signatures for received deliveries
• Ensure stock transfer forms are original and untampered
• Complete daily trip ticket and report incidents of loss or damage in transit
• Report delivery-related problems to senior staff or manager
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Willingness to work on the Northern Samar route reporting to San Jose District, Tacloban City

Duties and Responsibilities of a Helper

• Helper works with salesman and driver to deliver products to customers and clients.
• Helpers are responsible for all tasks such as loading and unloading the truck.
• Responsible to assure that all item for delivery is safely loaded and secured.
• Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
• Responsible to ensure good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and acting in a courteous and professional manner.
• Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
• Ensures all documents (stock transfer forms) turned in are original and not tampered;
• Completes the daily trip ticket including submitting timely report of incidents of lost, stolen or damaged goods while in transit.
• Reporting all delivery-related problems to senior staff or Manager.
• Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Northern Samar route and will report to the company's district office located at San Jose District, Tacloban City.
