Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, or repairing small appliances.
• Help with moving furniture, delivering packages, or assisting tenants with heavy lifting.
• Collect trash and recyclables from common areas, ensuring proper disposal.
• Report any larger maintenance issues, safety hazards, or concerns to the property manager.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new tenants by cleaning and ensuring minor repairs are completed.
• Maintain outdoor areas by sweeping walkways, shoveling snow in winter, or picking up debris.
• Help with organizing events or community activities within the apartment complex, if applicable.
• Assist tenants with minor requests and address their concerns in a friendly manner.
• Support the property manager in other tasks as needed.
