• Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as changing lightbulbs, fixing minor repairs, and reporting larger issues to management.
• Help with tenant move-ins and move-outs by preparing units and assisting with furniture or equipment.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling in designated areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance or security issues.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and ensuring proper storage of supplies or equipment.
• Respond to tenant requests or inquiries and relay them to the property manager if needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Physical stamina to handle cleaning, lifting, and repair tasks.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work is an advantage.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
