• Assist in preparing rooms for new tenants, including cleaning, organizing, and minor repairs.
• Take out garbage, manage recycling, and maintain waste disposal areas.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the property manager.
• Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs by helping with logistics and ensuring rooms are ready.
• Help organize and maintain storage areas, tools, or supplies.
