• A Helper in a Souvenir Item Shop typically has the following job responsibilities:
• Customer Service
  • Greet and assist customers, providing information about products and recommending items based on preferences.
  • Answer customer inquiries about the store’s offerings, prices, and availability.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a polite and efficient manner.
• Sales Support
  • Assist in the sales process by processing transactions and operating the cash register.
  • Suggest complementary items or promotions to encourage additional sales.
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
• Stocking and Inventory Management
  • Help organize and replenish stock on shelves and displays, ensuring that the store is fully stocked.
  • Assist with inventory checks and stocktaking, ensuring accurate records of merchandise.
  • Keep track of the movement of items to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Store Maintenance
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing by regularly tidying up shelves, displays, and the store floor.
  • Arrange products in a way that enhances the store's aesthetic and makes it easy for customers to find what they’re looking for.

• With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
• Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday

• With valid original barangay and police clearance
