A Retail Helper in a goods store typically assists with a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Greet customers, answer their questions, provide product information, and assist in finding items.
• Stocking and Inventory Management: Help receive, unpack, and organize stock. Ensure shelves are fully stocked, and products are neatly displayed.
• Product Display: Maintain attractive product displays to encourage customer engagement and promote sales.
• Checkout Assistance: Assist at the cash register by processing transactions, handling payments, and bagging purchases when necessary.
• Store Cleanliness: Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized by sweeping floors, cleaning shelves, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
