Job summary

Citco Group Limited in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Fund Accountant/ Senior Fund Accountant to support NAV calculations for hedge funds. You will supervise junior staff, coordinate with senior accountants, and ensure timely delivery of statements and reports.

The role requires a 4+ year background in financial services, strong accounting skills, and a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite in Alabang). Experience with audits and regulatory filings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services with a high-volume environment; hedge funds are a plus.
• Supervisory experience leading staff for 2+ years.
• Strong financial/accounting and analytical skills.
• Good client/business relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent with Microsoft applications.
• Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa (Northgate Cyber Zone, Filinvest City).
• Amenable to a Hybrid setup (3 days onsite per week).
• Amenable to shifting schedules (AM or Mid-shift).

Responsibilities

• Encompass NAV calculations for a portfolio of hedge funds and assist supervision of fund accountants.
• Prepare NAV-related financial statements and reports within deadlines.
• Assist AVP in supervising staff in the Account; review work performed by staff.
• Collaborate with Senior Fund Accountants to manage timelines, workflows and SLAs.
• Coordinate Year End processes with audits, financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Escalate material issues affecting NAV production to the AVP in a timely manner.
