Equiprime Optimum Solutions, Inc. is seeking an HE Technician/Mechanic to carry out service activities across various orders, including inbound equipment checks and pre-delivery testing.
The role requires a basic technical qualification and 2–3 years of heavy equipment experience, with emphasis on operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety.
You will work at customer sites in Bulacan area, coordinating with customers and reporting findings to superiors.
The HE Technician/Mechanic shall directly execute the service activities assigned by Superiors, rendering duties and responsibilities across all types of service job orders including receiving and quality control checking of inbound equipment, periodic inspection and performance testing of stocked equipment, pre-delivery inspection and preparation of outbound equipment, testing-commissioning of new delivered equipment, servicing of equipment (warranty, under service agreement, and non-warranty units), inspection of jobsites and equipment operation assessment, and special events mobilizations.
Execute all types of service job orders including receiving, quality control checking, periodic inspection, performance testing, pre-delivery inspection, testing-commissioning, servicing, and jobsite inspection
Prepare the vehicle, tools, equipment, materials, PPEs, and documents prior to every service job order
Safekeep and take care of technical references and documents issued or entrusted during service job execution
Read and understand applicable service manuals, parts manuals, service bulletins, and safety guidelines before and during work execution
Coordinate with the customer at site during execution of service job orders
Evaluate risks involved in service jobs and implement necessary safety procedures before, during, and until completion of work
Report regularly to Superior(s) during service job execution and immediately inform of any additional findings or critical information affecting scope of work, completion timeline, or cost of repair
Prepare service reports, make service recommendations, and submit reports to Superiors on time
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of work areas
Use correct tools and equipment for service jobs and ensure proper use, maintenance, and security of all assigned Company properties
Basic technical course qualification
At least 2-3 years relevant experience as Heavy Equipment Technician
Can perform advanced heavy equipment operation and maintenance
Can perform basic troubleshooting and minor-major repairs under the guidance of superior
Ability to explain and discuss basic machine servicing procedures and course of actions
