Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering at Asia Pacific College.
• Final year student officially enrolled or eligible to enroll in the required internship course.
• Willing and able to complete the internship onsite in Makati City and follow the night-shift schedule.
• Foundational knowledge of technology, digital tools, data, information security, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrates effective communication, collaboration, adaptability, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in learning, coaching, and internship activities to build competencies.
• Adhere to company values, compliance standards, data privacy, information security, and workplace expectations.
• Develop understanding of business operations, SLAs, KPIs, and organizational objectives.
• Document and analyze processes through reviews, shadowing, and improvements.
• Apply critical thinking, data analysis, and process improvement to identify opportunities.
• Gain exposure to digital tools, automation, analytics, and AI capabilities where applicable.
• Collaborate with managers, mentors, SMEs, stakeholders, and interns to achieve objectives.
• Contribute to project-based learning with analysis, recommendations, and deliverables.
• Communicate findings through presentations, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate documentation including process maps, SOPs, and lessons learned.
