Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Admin, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in business analysis, IT, systems support, or related field.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Experience supporting business applications, technology solutions, or processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams.
Experience applying AI technologies to improve efficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and actionable recommendations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management: identify, define, and document requirements; create process flows and BRDs.
Solution Delivery & System Support: assist with configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment readiness.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: liaise with stakeholders, report findings, train users.
Project & Process Improvement Support: manage projects, drive optimization, and support transformation efforts.
Leadership & Collaboration: demonstrate accountability, critical thinking, and cross‑functional teamwork.
