Job summary

Prime @ Technology Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support clients with healthcare coverage inquiries and outpatient approval processes. You will coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and departments to address needs and escalate urgent cases as needed.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires a 4-year degree; candidates should be willing to work on-site in Pasig and rotate shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; Nursing/Medical Science degrees are an advantage.
• Fresh/entry level applicants are welcome to apply.
• Ability to multitask under minimal supervision.
• With high analytical skills and detail oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Pasig area and report on-site on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle client's inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage.
• Issue outpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentists.
• Coordinate with different departments to address client's needs.
• Escalate to immediate supervisor cases that need approval from higher authority (e.g. urgent cases, unresolved complaints, priority members).
• Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
