Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound call handling
• Access Medusind PMS(s)
• Address patient payments queries and open balances
• Provide predesigned discount offers when requested
• Assist with online payments and reconfirmations
• Update PMS(s) for insurance or address changes
• Resolve patient statement disputes
• Escalate to Level II as needed
