Our Clients is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to support patient access and prior authorization processes. You will verify insurance eligibility, review benefits, and assist with cost estimates while communicating clearly with patients, providers, and payers.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Prior authorization and revenue cycle experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Healthcare BPO or medical billing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in patient data.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage using payer portals and internal systems.
• Review and communicate prior authorization requirements; initiate and track submissions.
• Assist with pre-service estimates and financial clearance for scheduled services.
• Provide clear, empathetic patient support and educate patients on coverage and costs.
• Document interactions and maintain compliant records per policies.
