Responsibilities

• Initiate and track prior authorization requests with payers.

• Provide clear pre-service estimates and explain financial responsibilities to patients.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist patients, providers, and insurers.
• Document interactions, verification results, and authorization activities per policies.
