Eastvantage Group is seeking a Payment Posting Analyst to ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of incoming remittances into the accounting system. You will work closely with other departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain timely payment processing.

The role requires experience in remittance posting (preferably healthcare), familiarity with EOBs/ERAs, and strong attention to detail. You will support AR integrity and collaborate across teams to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in remittance posting or payment posting, preferably in healthcare.
• Familiar with remittance advice formats such as EOBs and ERAs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication across departments and proactive problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Post and reconcile remittances and payments into the accounting system daily.
• Match remittance data to invoices and payment details.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies with providers or internal teams.
• Maintain AR records and ensure correct payment application.
• Log all postings and generate routine remittance activity reports.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Address provider inquiries and assist with payment verification when needed.
• Comply with policies and accounting standards.
