Job summary

Imagenet Phils., Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Operations Supervisor - Provider Services in Valero, Makati City. This onsite role leads Provider Services teams across channels, driving performance, quality, compliance, and provider experience while supporting claims, eligibility, payments, and appeals.

You will coach Team Leaders, analyze metrics, ensure staffing readiness, and partner with cross-functional teams. Flexible schedule incl. nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a healthcare contact centre, provider services, claims support, or similar environment.
• 2–3 years in a Team Lead or Supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple Provider Services teams across channels.
• Coach Team Leaders to meet goals and performance standards.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, quality, attendance, adherence, service levels, and turnaround times.
• Analyze reports and trends to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Partner with Workforce Management and cross-functional teams for staffing and readiness.
• Review QA results and compliance findings; implement corrective actions.
• Lead root-cause analysis with Quality and Training to close gaps.
• Ensure coaching and performance management address QA findings.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management to optimize staffing and capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and provider experience.
