Optum is seeking a candidate for our healthcare operations team in Metro Manila. The role emphasizes provider enrollment, EDI, payment processing, and revenue cycle support.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, detail orientation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider enrollment, EDI, payment processing, revenue cycle, claims processing, customer support, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working collaboratively across teams to support operational and client needs.
• Knowledge of healthcare transactions, EDI processes, provider enrollment, payment processing, claims management, or revenue cycle operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, payer enrollment, clearinghouse operations, or healthcare technology platforms is an advantage.
• Preferred knowledge on the following: EDI, SFTP, Provider Enrollment, Payment Processing, Healthcare Operations, Claims Processing, HIPAA, Client Support, Healthcare Administration, Implementation Support, Data Analysis, Microsoft Excel.
