Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries through chat and email.
• Provide accurate information about healthcare services, benefits, and accounts.
• Help customers with eligibility, coverage, and account-related concerns.
• Explain healthcare processes and available services clearly through written communication.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Follow account procedures and healthcare privacy guidelines.
• Manage multiple inquiries while maintaining response quality and accuracy.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed.
