Clinica Prime Cebu, Inc. is seeking an IT Associate (Full Time) to provide day-to-day technical support, maintain IT equipment, and ensure smooth IT operations throughout the clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (BSIT) is required.
• Experience in mobile clinic or healthcare is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network concerns.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Monitor IT systems to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with IT Officer and external vendors for issues.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
