Job summary

PaxeraHealth is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive regional growth in healthcare IT and medical imaging. You will expand market presence, manage distributors and partners, and strengthen channel performance across the region.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in healthcare IT sales, international business development, and strong negotiation/presentation skills. English fluency and willingness to travel regionally are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in healthcare IT, medical imaging, or enterprise software sales.
Proven track record in international business development.
Strong experience managing distributors and channel partners.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English is required.
Ability to travel across the region as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Support and execute regional growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Identify new business opportunities across public and private healthcare sectors.
Drive direct and channel-based sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and expansion opportunities.
Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors and system integration partners across the region.
Contribute to partner enablement programs, including training, certifications, and joint marketing initiatives.
Monitor partner performance, ensure meeting set KPIs, and ensure revenue target achievement.
Build executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders.
Manage key regional accounts and strategic healthcare groups.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Coordinate with global sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership teams.
Maintain accurate salesforce updates, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
Represent the company at regional and international healthcare conferences and exhibitions.
