Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. seeks a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end expansion clinic projects—from planning and design to construction, turnover, and readiness.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence across healthcare facilities. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in medical facility design/construction, with DOH permit experience and knowledge of Philippine codes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or Engineer required.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
• Minimum of 8-10 years' progressive experience in the design and construction of medical facilities, healthcare, commercial, or retail projects.
• Familiar with DOH requirements (PTC and LTO) and LGU permits and approvals.
• Experience in contractor procurement, project management, cost estimation, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office; Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility planning design and construction management.
• Knowledge of Philippine Building Code, Fire Code, Accessibility Law, and healthcare facility standards.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management.
• Ability to read, review, and interpret architectural, engineering, MEPF, as-built drawings, technical specifications, and other design/construction docs.
• Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Process-oriented with focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Job description

You will lead the planning, design, construction, and technical delivery of new expansion clinics, relocations, renovations, and other improvement projects. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

You will manage the end-to-end technical execution of clinic development projects—from technical due diligence and design through construction, fit-out, turnover, and operational readiness. Work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, landlords, and suppliers to deliver high-quality clinics that support business and operational objectives.
