Accenture is seeking a Configuration Analyst for EMR/HIS platforms with strong hands-on configuration experience and a focus on system stability and user experience. Epic familiarity is preferred, but excellence in other EMR systems is also welcomed.

You will work closely with clinical and technical teams to analyze workflows, configure modules, test changes, and drive enhancements across integrations. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and mentoring junior analysts while

Qualifications

Hands-on configuration experience in at least one major EMR system (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, MEDITECH, or similar).
Strong understanding of hospital workflows and clinical operations.
Experience with end-to-end configuration, troubleshooting, and testing with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

Act as SME for assigned EMR modules, ensuring configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
Collaborate with clinical, technical, integration, and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Participate in build, testing, and validation activities ensuring system integrity and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, interfaces, and integrations promptly and methodically.
Document configuration changes and knowledge articles to support operations and knowledge transfer.
Provide mentoring and training to junior analysts and contribute to team capability building.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and solution design discussions.
