Job summary

Greymatter Innovationz in Mexico is seeking a Consultant - Integration Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in healthcare data integration and migration. You will gather requirements, build and test interfaces, and support data transformation across EMR/EHR systems.

You will work with Cloverleaf, Ensemble, Corepoint, Rhapsody, or Mirth; apply HL7, FHIR, CCDs/CCDA, X12; and collaborate with clients and internal teams while staying current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare data integration and migration.
• Epic Bridges certification required; recertification within 3 months if assigned to a customer who sponsors.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, CCDs/CCDA, X12 and related interoperability frameworks.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, or AthenaOne.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in teams.

• Maintain utilization rate (90%).
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams for requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.

Position Summary

The Consultant - Integration Engineer is a key member of the Delivery team and reports to the Delivery Lead. With 2-5 years of experience in healthcare data integration and migration, this role provides technical support and hands-on contributions to integration and data migration projects. The Consultant works closely with clients and team members to gather requirements, build and test interface solutions, and ensure successful delivery of project milestones. They are expected to demonstrate technical proficiency, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset while upholding company mission, vision, and values.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare data integration and migration.
• Certification in Epic Bridges. If certification has expired, the employee is to get recertified within the first three months of employment if assigned to a customer willing to sponsor..
• Familiarity with interface engines such as Cloverleaf, Ensemble, Corepoint, Rhapsody, or Mirth.
• Proficiency with HL7, FHIR, CCDs/CCDA, X12, and related interoperability frameworks.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, or AthenaOne.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate problems and solutions clearly.
• Ability to work both independently and in team settings with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other computer applications.
