Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of EMR system configuration and support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

• Act as SME for assigned EMR modules, ensuring accurate configuration and optimization.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, integration, and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Participate in build, testing, and validation activities ensuring system integrity and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, interfaces, and integrations.
• Document configuration changes, workflows, and knowledge articles for operational excellence.
• Provide mentoring and training to junior analysts and contribute to team capability building.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and solution design discussions.
