Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years as Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Clinical Data Analyst, or Healthcare Analyst.
• Expertise in BI, databases, ETL, data pipelines, SQL, Python for scalable data solutions.
• Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA risk adjustment programs.
• Advanced knowledge of Tableau and Power BI.
• Advanced to expert SQL proficiency.
• Advanced to expert Python proficiency.
• Proven mastery of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
